We provide heavy equipment parts (new, aftermarket, and used). Part availability and prices are provided in good faith but are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a part becomes unavailable after confirmation.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and Wire Transfer / Zelle. Payment is required before shipment. In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and offer a full refund or revised price.
We ship worldwide from Miami, FL, USA. Shipping times vary by destination (2–5 business days domestic, 5–21 international). Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Tracking information is provided via WhatsApp upon shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for parts in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (645) 240-3440 or email team@vexden.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Electrical parts and special orders are non-returnable once opened.
New OEM parts carry manufacturer warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 90-day defect warranty. Used parts are sold as-is. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation.
Higa Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
